Exchange database changes reports

You can monitor the Exchange databases, their mounting statuses, circular logging changes, and connector changes using the Exchange database changes reports. Navigate to Audit → Exchange Server → Audit, and click the Exchange Database Changes drop-down to generate and view the reports under this category. Reports available in this category are:

• Circular Logging Changes
• Send and Receive Connector
• Hub Transport Settings

Exchange Databases Mounted

The Exchange Databases Mounted report helps in keeping track of both the public and private databases that were mounted recently. This report also provides insight on the database name, type, and the timestamp of the mounting process.

Exchange Databases Dismounted

Sudden dismounting of databases can result in denied access to mailboxes for thousands of users. This report tracks and lists the public and private databases that were recently dismounted within the specified time period along with details of the store name, type, and the dismounted time stamp.

User Action on Exchange Databases

User Action on Exchange Databases report consolidates the data of all the public and private databases that were mounted or dismounted in the specified time period. This report lists the store name, type, and the operation that was performed on it with the corresponding time stamp.

Circular Logging Changes

You can monitor and track all the changes made to the circular logging process using this report.

Send and Receive Connector

This report gives information about all the changes made to the send and receive connectors in your Exchange organization for the given period of time and selected domains.

Hub Transport Settings

Use this report to keep track of all changes made to the settings of your hub transport server.
