Storage monitoring reports

Exchange Reporter Plus offers the following reports under storage monitoring:

1. Mailbox Size: Displays the total size (in GB) of all the mailboxes in your Exchange server.
2. Mailbox Database Size: Compares and shows the size of all the databases in your Exchange Server organization.
3. Public Folder Database Size: Displays the size of all the public folder databases in your Exchange server.
4. Server Volume: Generates information about the total size (in GB) of your Exchange server and the free space available at a given point of time.
5. Drive Volume: Gives information about the total size (in GB) of the storage drive used in your Exchange server and the free space available at a given point of time.

To access these reports:

1. Go to the Monitoring tab.
2. Navigate to Exchange Server → Storage Monitoring.
3. Choose a suitable report from the list available.
4. Select the organization and time period for report generation.
