The below table will help you understand the type of data gathering task you are required to run, in-order to view reports of your choice.

Note:
  • It is not mandatory to schedule all the tasks listed under a category to fetch individual reports. Individual reports need only one specific task to be run from the list.
  • The Mailbox Account Properties task will collect data for the Archive State column in the Archive Mailbox Size report only if the user chooses to include archive data during task creation.
